6年ぶりに来日
私が提供するヒアルロン酸注入治療の基盤となっているのが、「MD Codes™（MDコード）」という世界共通の注入コードです。
MDコードは、単にしわやたるみを修正するだけではなく、顔の表情に関わる要素を考慮しながら治療を行います。そのため、治療後は自然な美しさとバランスを実現することができます。
そんなMDコード開発者であるブラジルの形成外科医Dr.Mauricio de Maioが6年ぶりに来日されました。
Day.1
東京ミッドタウンホールで開催されたシンポジウム
「MD Codes™ Live Tour 2023～MD Codes™ Emotional Beauty～」
今回は、久しぶりの来日ということもあり、基礎から応用まで幅広い内容をお話してくださいました。
シンポジウムの後は、Dr.ディマイオとアラガンファカルティー（アラガン社認定注入指導医）の皆様と共に記念撮影。
Day.2
次の日は、Dr.ディマイオから直接ご指導いただけることとなり、４名のファカルティーの先生方（当山先生、新井先生、黒田先生、佐藤先生）とご一緒しました。
ヒルズグレイスからは、道前さんと井上さんが参戦！
ドクターの前にはそれぞれカメラが設置され、Dr.ディマイオから一挙手一投足をご指導いただけるという贅沢な時間となりました。
今回、Dr.ディマイオには、注入技術だけでなく医師としての心構えや指導医としての見せ方の工夫なども教えていただきました。さらに、正確な治療の先にある「美」へのこだわりにも深い感銘を受けました。
Dr.ディマイオから教えていただいた学びやエッセンスは、今後しっかりと診療や指導に生かしていきたいと思います。

His injection technique is meticulous, elegant, and captivates the observer with its beauty. I have always admired and respected him, and I had the dreamlike opportunity to receive one-on-one training from Dr. de Maio this time. He taught me not only the injection technique but also the mindset, mannerisms, and collaboration with assistants as a guiding physician in great detail. I was deeply impressed by his passion for education. I intend to apply what I have learned in my practice and training . First visit to Japan in six years
The foundation of the hyaluronic acid filler treatment I provide is “MD Codes™ (MD Code)”, a universal injection code system used worldwide.
MD Codes do not simply correct wrinkles and sagging; treatment is carried out while taking into account the elements involved in facial expression. As a result, natural beauty and balance can be achieved after treatment.
Dr. Mauricio de Maio, the Brazilian plastic surgeon who developed MD Codes, visited Japan for the first time in six years.
Day.1
A symposium held at Tokyo Midtown Hall
“MD Codes™ Live Tour 2023 – MD Codes™ Emotional Beauty –”
As this was his first visit to Japan in a long time, he spoke on a wide range of topics, from the basics to advanced applications.
After the symposium, we had a commemorative photo taken with Dr. De Maio and the Allergan faculty (injection trainers certified by Allergan).
Day.2
The following day, we had the opportunity to receive direct instruction from Dr. De Maio, together with four faculty doctors (Dr. Toyama, Dr. Arai, Dr. Kuroda and Dr. Sato).
From Hills Grace, Ms Domae and Ms Inoue took part!
A camera was set up in front of each doctor, making it a luxurious session in which Dr. De Maio guided our every move.
This time, Dr. De Maio taught us not only injection techniques but also the mindset of a physician and ways of presenting ourselves as trainers. I was also deeply moved by his commitment to the “beauty” that lies beyond accurate treatment.
I intend to put the lessons and essence I learned from Dr. De Maio to good use in my clinical practice and teaching.
